The team

Juliet Mumby-Croft - Director

Juliet has over 18 years’ experience in health economics consulting with 8 years as Head of Health Economics at a large HEOR consultancy. Juliet has been the course leader for the economic evaluation workshops at City University London for 10 years and has previously led this module at the University of Surrey.

David Trueman - Director

David has over 9 years’ health economics experience in lead technical roles within global HEOR consultancies, most recently as Head of Economic Modelling. David specialises in technical modelling and data analysis for core economic models and health technology assessment submissions.

Beth Hancock - Consultant Health Economist

Beth joined Source after technical roles within global HEOR consultancies. She has designed and developed cost-effectiveness models, including global economic models, for submission across Europe, Asia, and North America. Beth has a BA in Mathematics from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Health Economics from City University, London.

Fionn Woodcock - Consultant Health Economist

Fionn designs and develops cost-effectiveness models, including global economic models and early cost-effectiveness models, in addition to performing accompanying statistical analyses. He has an MMath in Mathematics from the University of Warwick and an MSc in Health Economics from City University, London.

Srobana Ghosh - Health Economist

Srobana has a background in economic modelling from studying at the London School of Economics for her MSc in Health, Population & Society. She joined Source after working at a previous HEOR consultancy where she gained experience working on numerous models and preparing accompanying market access tools.

Hannah Lomax – Associate Health Economist

Hannah holds an MSci in Mathematics from the University of Birmingham, has contributed to the development and implementation of multiple economic evaluations, and is currently undertaking a part-time MSc in Economic Evaluation in Healthcare at City University, London.

Chris Hellmund – Medical Writer

Chris has an MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, where he also recently submitted his PhD thesis on the molecular biology of HIV-1 particle assembly. He is a member of the European Medical Writers Association.

Neil Webb – Head of Systematic Review

Neil is head of the systematic review team at Source. He was previously a senior consultant at an large consultancy from 2012-2018, working as a specialist team lead for their systematic review and network meta-analysis centre of excellence. Neil is highly-experienced in the design and delivery of standalone and HTA-compliant systematic reviews. He has broad disease area experience, including cardiovascular, diabetes, oncology and rheumatic conditions. Neil has a BSc in Medical Genetics from Swansea University, which included a year in industry at GlaxoSmithKline.

Julie Fricke - Senior Systematic Review Analyst

After her undergraduate degree, Julie completed an MSc in Evidence-based Social Intervention from the University of Oxford and is currently finishing her PhD in Health and Behavioral Sciences via the University of Colorado. Prior to joining Source, Julie worked as a methodologist specializing in systematic reviews for the Bloomberg School of Public Health at John Hopkins University.

Elise Evers - Associate Health Economist

Elise holds a BSc in Economics & Finance, and an MSc Health Economics both from the University of York. Prior to joining Source, Elise  completed an internship at the UC Davis Center for Healthcare Policy and Research in Sacramento, California.  

Oliver Burn - Associate Health Economist

Oliver has a BSc in Economics and Mathematics (1st class), and an MSc Economics.  Prior to joining Source, Oliver spent time working in Vancouver, Canada at iData Research where he developed Excel models of medical device markets in Europe, and BC Cancer where he designed cost-effectiveness analyses in lymphomas.
